What is an APP?
These Public-Private Associations -APP, are models where private investment participates incorporating experience, knowledge, teamwork, technology and risks and resources preferably private are shared, and distributed in order to create, develop, improve, operate or maintain operational public infrastructure, provide public services and/or render services in connection to these that the State needs to offer, as well as develop projects of the application of investigation and/or technological innovation.
